1. What Therapist at Home is — and what it is not

Therapist at Home is an introduction platform. We publish listings created by independent massage therapists and let customers contact and book them. We are not a massage provider, a clinic, a medical service, an employer or an agency. We do not employ, supervise, train, direct or control any therapist listed here.

Every service is agreed and delivered directly between the customer and the therapist. The contract for the massage is between those two people. Therapist at Home is not a party to it.

2. No verification of documents, licences or qualifications

Therapists may upload certificates, diplomas, identity documents or insurance papers. We do not check, authenticate, validate or endorse any of them. We do not verify identity, professional registration, training, insurance cover, criminal record or the right to work.

• Documents are shown exactly as uploaded, with a visible watermark, purely so the customer can look at them.
• A therapist who states they hold no certificate is displayed as such. This is a self-declaration, nothing more.
• It is the customer's own responsibility to inspect any document, ask for the original, verify it with the issuing body, and decide whether to proceed. If in doubt, do not book.

3. Your decision, your risk

You choose whom to invite into your home, or whose home to enter. Assess the other person yourself before and during the appointment. Therapist at Home does not screen users beyond basic anti-spam checks and cannot guarantee anyone's honesty, competence, health, safety or conduct.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Therapist at Home, its owners and staff accept no liability for any injury, illness, loss, theft, damage, distress, dispute, non-appearance, poor service, misconduct, criminal act or any other harm arising from a booking, a meeting or any interaction between users.

4. Payment

Registration is free for customers and therapists. The platform currently charges no commission. All money is exchanged directly between customer and therapist — Therapist at Home never receives, holds, transfers or refunds payment for a session, and takes no responsibility for pricing disputes, refunds or non-payment. If commission or payment processing is introduced in future, it will be announced and these terms will be updated.

5. Conduct

• Therapist at Home is for legitimate, non-sexual massage services only. Any request for, offer of or reference to sexual services is strictly forbidden and results in immediate, permanent removal.
• Provide truthful information about yourself. One account per person.
• Be on time, communicate clearly, and cancel as early as you possibly can.
• Harassment, discrimination, threats and abusive behaviour lead to removal and, where appropriate, a report to the authorities.

6. Bookings and cancellations

A request is sent to the therapist, who has a limited window to accept it. Once accepted, the customer confirms; only then are phone number and address shared. Both sides have a monthly cancellation allowance shown in their panel. Cancelling close to the appointment can temporarily block new bookings. Repeated cancellations may lead to suspension.

7. Reviews and reports

Customers rate the therapist after each completed session. Reviews must be honest and about the actual service. We may remove reviews that are abusive, fraudulent or unrelated. Either party can report the other; reports are read by the platform team and may lead to a block.

8. Accounts

We may suspend or delete any account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these terms or where we consider it necessary to protect users. Accounts are personal and must not be shared or sold.

9. Content you upload

You keep ownership of your photos and documents and grant Therapist at Home a licence to display them on the platform for the purpose of running the service. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to publish.
